My name is Elena Ford and I am the baker behind Sweet To Your Taste.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful girls and I LOVE to bake. Creating desserts, for me, has always been a form of artistic expression, that brought joy and excitement for the whole family. The decision to start baking macarons was born from a unique blend of inspiration and curiosity. It presented a fascinating challenge. I embarked on a quest to master the art of macaron-making. With every batch, I discovered not just the science but also the magic that turns humble ingredients into delightful confections

What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a full-fledged passion with one simple yet powerful idea: to create desserts that are not just delicious treats, but exquisite piece of art.

While I bake with passion, sharing the love is most important. The smiles that light up faces when someone bites into my macarons melt my heart. Sharing these tiny delights is a way for me to spread positivity and joy, one macaron at a time.

Quality Ingredients

I believe that the foundation of a perfect macaron lies in the quality of its ingredients. That's why I source the finest almond flour, fresh eggs, and premium chocolates to create the perfect meringue shells and decadent fillings. Every macaron is made with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors and a delicate, crisp exterior with a chewy interior.

Macarons are GLUTEN FREE* but do contain tree NUTS and DAIRY.

All shells contain Almond flour, powder sugar, Egg whites, Cream of tartar, Sugar and food coloring. They are filled with various flavors of buttercream and chocolate ganache paired with fruit curds, confiture, nuts and more.

Macaron Care Instructions

Homemade macarons are not like store bought. This is what allows for their delicious, unique texture. Their delicate nature means the shells may break or crack. Please, handle with care.

For maximum freshness, I recommend keeping your macarons in the fridge for up to a week or freeze in the airtight container for up to a month.

For the best taste, please allow 10-15 minutes for the macarons to reach room temperature.
